Are your perfumes original?
100% original, sealed bottles We buy from authorised suppliers and every bottle leaves us sealed in its box. If a bottle ever reaches you unsealed, do not use it - send us a photo and we will replace it.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are packed the same day. Delivery is normally 2 to 4 working days to Peninsular Malaysia and 3 to 6 working days to Sabah and Sarawak.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping over RM150 Below that, the exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay, once you have entered your postcode.
How do I track my parcel?
You get an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is booked with the courier. It can take a few hours before the courier website shows the first scan. Send us a message on the contact page and we will look it up for you.
How can I pay?
At the moment we accept Cash on delivery. Whatever is available to you is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Can I return or exchange a perfume?
7 day exchange on sealed items An opened bottle cannot be resold, so we can only exchange items that are still sealed. If something arrived damaged or wrong, that is on us - contact us and we will sort it out.
The perfume smells different on me than on my friend.
That is normal. Skin type, body temperature and even the weather change how a fragrance develops, which is why the same bottle can smell lighter or sweeter on different people. It is not a sign of a fake.
How should I store my perfume?
Upright, in its box, away from sunlight and away from the bathroom. Heat and light break a fragrance down faster than anything else. Stored properly, a sealed bottle keeps for years.
Do you have a physical shop?
We are an online shop, so every order is shipped to you. That is how we keep the prices where they are.
